THE DESTINATION
The sparkling wine will kick off your discovery of the places, and a walk among the vines will channel our passion for this land and the fruits it yields. Inside the cellar, our expert will share his passion for the cultivation and winemaking techniques, explaining the complex balance that must be sought during the aging of wine in oak Barriques. We will journey through the wines of Puglia Pop, starting with the white, the Rosé and the Susumaniello and finally, finishing in style with a glass of Primitivo di Manduria, an undisputed symbol of this part of Puglia.
